Where is the Garden of Silver boutique located?
Garden of Silver flagship boutique is located at 77 Main Street, Westhampton Beach, New York 11978.
We plan on opening additional boutiques in Naples, Florida and New York City in the next few years.
What is the jewelry made from?
Garden of Silver jewelry is created from the finest materials including sterling silver, gold, diamonds, precious and semiprecious gemstones and pearls. All jewelry is handmade, by artist/designer Eileen Baumeister McIntyre in her studio on Long Island, New York.
The independent female jewelry designers that we represent in the boutique also handcraft their pieces using high quality materials as well and stand by the craftsmanship of their work. Please stop in and take a peek at their gorgeous pieces. We will be hosting new designer jewelry trunk shows on weekends throughout the summer. Join our mailing list to stay updated.
Can I make special requests or order a custom piece of jewelry?
YES! Garden of Silver welcomes custom orders. For example, sterling pieces can be made in gold, gemstones can be changed or enlarged, necklace lengths altered, rings resized, etc. We also are happy to work with you on designing a one of a kind piece with you. Contact us to discuss.
When will I receive my jewelry that I order online?
Jewelry ordered online usually will usually be shipped within 48 hours. If there is an anticipated delay, you will be contacted immediately and told of the estimated delivery date.
How is the jewelry packaged and shipped?
Garden of Silver jewelry is beautifully packaged in our signature velvet lined boxes and tied with a ribbon, all ready for gift giving. We can also send a personalized note with your gift orders as well.
Jewelry is sent with tracking info that will be emailed to you and is insured while in transit.
What if I don’t like it?
If the jewelry is not what you were expecting, it can be returned within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. The jewelry must be unworn and in original packaging.
I lost an earring, what can I do?
If you lose an earring we can make a matching piece. The price would be half the original price for the pair. Please contact us for more information.
How do I clean the jewelry?
Jewelry should be stored and cared for in a loving manner. Avoid using chemical cleaning solvents on our pieces. Sterling silver will tarnish over time, unfortunately that's the nature of the precious metal. If desired, it can be polished with a soft cloth and a low abrasive toothpaste can be applied as needed to restore luster and shine.
If you like we can professionally clean your Garden of Silver jewelry for you. You can ship the pieces back to us and we will handle the cleaning for you. Yes, we have physical gift cards that are available in any amount and are gift boxed. Let us know what you would like written on the enclosed card. Gift cards can be used online or in our Westhampton Beach boutique. E-certificates are available as well.
